Go to mybenefitscenter.com and enter your card number, or call 888-682-2400 (TTY: 711), 24/7.
Swipe your card at the register. You may use your $100 credit each quarter for eligible items. If the total amount of your purchase is more than your OTC balance, you will be asked for an additional method of payment.
Please note, no carryover balance is allowed and there is no option for member reimbursement if purchases are not made using the EmblemHealth OTC card. On the first day of each calendar quarter, your balance will be reset to $100.
You may check your card balance anytime by calling 888-682-2400 (TTY: 711). Just enter your OTC card number shown on the front of your card and your EmblemHealth plan member ID number. You can also check your balance at mybenefitscenter.com or download the OTC Network app from your mobile device’s app store.
The OTC Network mobile app allows you to keep track of your balance and easily find eligible items when shopping at participating retailers — right at your fingertips, 24/7.

*Members get a $100 credit per calendar quarter on the card (up to $400 per year). Each $100 credit can only be used during the quarter it was given with no carryover allowed.
**Please note, the product list is subject to change. Items, quantities, sizes, and brands change depending on availability at the retailer. OTC items may be purchased only for the enrollee. Alcohol and tobacco products are not covered items.
